The island measures roughly 10 acres (40.000m2). The vegetation is thick, consisting of 350 olive trees, producing excellent oil for the use of the family and friends, 125 pistachio trees, a variety of fruit trees, palm trees, pine and cypress trees as well as ornamental bushes (oleanders, bougainvilleas, herb shrubs, hibiscus, geraniums and various other shrubs.
WATER SUPPLY. A water well has been drilled on a 700m2 plot across in Eretria, also included in the sale, where a 17metre-high water tower produces 45m3 of water per hour.This water tank is connected via undersea pipes, and water reaches the island through gravitation attained by the height of the water tower. There is a tank reserve above the staff house with a capacity of 150m3on the island itself.
