Pearl Properties a group company of HH Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan was established 18 months ago with the mission to develop highly innovative and visionary projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors of the UAE property market.

Established in 2006, Aristocrate Holdings Limited is a joint venture between Aristocrate Properties UK (Mr. Osman Vali) and Ayaan Developments Dubai (Mr. Mohammed Al Ghafli). Notably the company is a 50% shareholder in Dubai Lagoons and equally Aristocrate is a 50% shareholder in The Palisades; delivering a five star hotel and 300,000 sq.ft of accommodation inclusive of a range of two hundred villas and five ground plus six-storey apartments together with 300,000 sq.ft of retail space
